Declaration of Second Interim Dividend

Highlights

·    Annualised dividend yield of 6.30%.

·    Second quarterly interim dividend of 5.55p per share.

·    Share price total return of 30.9% for the six month period to 30 June 2026.

The Board is pleased to declare a second quarterly interim dividend of 5.55p per share for the year ended 31 December 2026. Based on a share price of 335p on 30 June 2026, this equates to an annualised dividend yield of 6.30%.

The second interim dividend will be paid on 21 August 2026 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 24 July 2026. The ex-dividend date is 23 July 2026.

Shareholders who hold their shares on the main register are reminded that the Company's Registrar, Computershare Investor Services PLC, operates a dividend re-investment plan ("DRIP"). This can be a good way of building up a shareholding in the Company over time, whereby quarterly dividends are reinvested automatically in new shares. The deadline for elections under the DRIP is 31 July 2026.

Shareholders who hold their shares through a stockbroker or online dealing platform should be able to request for their dividends to be re-invested in a similar way, by contacting their stockbroker or selecting this option through their online dealing account.

Note:

The Company's dividend policy is to set the dividend at 1.5625% per quarter of the Company's net asset value ("NAV"), equating to approximately 6.25% of NAV per annum. The dividend is calculated using the Company's NAV on the last business day of the preceding financial quarter (i.e. the end of March, June, September and December). The second quarterly interim dividend of 5.55p per share is based on 1.5625% of the Company's NAV of 355.08p per share as at 30 June 2026. The annualised dividend yield of 6.30% assumes that the remaining dividends for the year will be unchanged, although the actual rates will depend on the NAVs at the relevant quarter ends.
