In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of Ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue at 31 December 2022 is 156,955,789 with each share holding one voting right.
The Company also holds 51,744,590 Ordinary shares in Treasury, and there are 36,636,078 units of Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock (CULS) outstanding.
The above figure (156,955,789) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
