Associated British Foods plc announced that Ruth Cairnie will relinquish her roles as Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 May 2023, having completed nine years on the Board. From 1 May 2023, Dame Heather Rabbatts will become Senior Independent Director and Graham Allan will become Chair of the Remuneration Committee.

Associated British Foods plc (the 'Company') announces that, having completed nine years on the Board of the Company on 1 May 2023, Ruth Cairnie will be relinquishing her roles as Senior Independent Director and as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from that date. Ruth will not stand for re-election at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
With effect from 1 May 2023, Dame Heather Rabbatts will become Senior Independent Director and Graham Allan will become Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
