Correction of Issue Size Notice
Citigroup Global Markets Funding Luxembourg S.C.A. announces that, further to the admission to trading of its Notes on the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange on or around 10 June 2026, the issue size disclosed at admission was incorrect.
The correct Series and Tranche 1 issue size of the Notes is USD 4,000,000, rather than USD 4,500,000 as previously disclosed.
The title of the Notes is updated to "Issue of USD 4,000,000 Worst of Quanto Fixed Coupon Autocall Notes linked to a Basket of Shares due December 2027".
An Amended and Restated Pricing Supplement reflecting the correct issue size has been prepared.
This announcement is made to correct the disclosure relating to the Series and Tranche 1 issue size only. The terms and conditions of the notes are otherwise unchanged.
