Hui10 partners with China Mobile to launch Sports Lottery+ model in Jiangxi
Acceler8 Ventures Plc (LSE: AC8, "AC8" or the "Company") is pleased to announce an expanded commercial relationship with China Mobile and that Jiangxi Sports Lottery has approved Hui10 Inc. ("Hui10") to launch its Sports Lottery+ offering within China Mobile business halls and shops in Jiangxi Province.
China Mobile is the world's largest mobile network operator, with over 1 billion mobile subscribers across mainland China, and 30 million subscribers in Jiangxi province alone.
Under the rollout plan:
While dedicated lottery shops remain central to Sports Lottery distribution, for the first time, the China Mobile format adds an additional regulated physical setting with direct online customer acquisition.
The design of Hui10’s modular platform enables authorised physical lottery retail to connect with payment and merchant functionality, loyalty and rewards, digital promotions, Lucky World commerce and merchandise, and sports-engagement services. The same architecture that has been developed can accommodate further approved products and services as they are introduced to Hui10’s platform including the technical capability to support paperless play.
“We are delighted to announce this significant milestone for the business. Sports lottery approval for the implementation of the China Mobile Sports Lottery+ model in Jiangxi enables us to leverage the considerable China Mobile network, with China Mobile Jiangxi marketing and promoting Lucky World’s Sports Lottery+ and Hui10 providing the technology, payments, commerce and operating capability that connect the customer journey.
Our position has not been created by one agreement. It rests on registered intellectual property and long-standing contractual relationships with State bodies. This also marks a significant expansion of our relationship with our partner China Mobile, the largest mobile operator globally. Jiangxi gives us the opportunity to turn that foundation into sales, active users and repeat activity. We expect the operational data following launch, to support not only expansion across China Mobile’s other regional operating companies, but also wider deployment opportunities across China and future approved services on the platform.”
