ACG is on a mission to consolidate the critical metals industry to become a premier supplier of critical metals to the western OEM supply chain, with a strong emphasis on best-in-class ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and low carbon footprint characteristics. They aim to achieve this through a series of roll-up acquisitions. The global consumption of metals is seeing a growing imbalance between supply and demand, with the energy transition expected to further increase long-term consumption of new economy metals. ACG’s strategy leverages its team’s extensive global network in the mining industry to quickly identify a significant number of potential acquisition targets, providing them with funding and development opportunities alongside the application of rigorous ESG standards in management.
