Accrol Group Holdings plc, the UK's leading independent tissue converter, announces that its Annual Report for the year ended 30 April 2022, together with the Notice of its 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) are now available on the Group's website https://www.accrol.co.uk/investors/company-reports-presentations-and-circulars/

Copies of both documents will also be distributed to shareholders later today.

The AGM is to be held at the Group's registered office at Delta Building, Roman Road, Blackburn BB1 2LD at 11:00am on 18 October 2022.
