Change of Company Secretary
Adsure Services PLC ("Adsure" or the "Group"), a specialist business assurance provider, announces that Peter Hammond, Non-Executive Director, and Company Secretary will step down from his Company Secretary role from 1 May 2024. This is part of the planned transition to Peter becoming an Independent Non-Executive Director. Victoria Davies, Chief Finance Officer, will be appointed Company Secretary effective same date, 1 May 2024. Victoria is a Fellow Chartered and Certified Accountant (FCCA) and has extensive experience in Governance and Business Administration. This change is in accordance with the company's strategic Board succession plan.
