Following this transaction, Paul has an interest in 434,816,456 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.4% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Paul is also a director and the sole shareholder in Zen Ventures Limited ("Zen"). Zen is holder of £200,000 loan notes issued by the Company constituted on 31 October 2024 as announced on 1 November 2024.
