Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc (AEP) announced on 19 September 2023 the Pound Sterling equivalent for its interim dividend, which was originally announced as 15.0cts per share on 24 August 2023. Shareholders who elected to receive their dividend in Pound Sterling will be paid 12.0144 pence per share on 6 October 2023. Final dividend - determination of Pound Sterling equivalent
As was announced on 24 August 2023, the Company will pay an interim dividend of 15.0cts per share in respect of the year ending 31 December 2023.
The Company announces that shareholders who have elected to receive their dividend in Pound Sterling will receive 12.0144 pence per share which will be paid on 6 October 2023.
Calculation of the Pound Sterling equivalent of this dividend is based on the exchange rate of GBP1=US$1.2485. This has been determined using the exchange rate at the close of business on the dividend record date, being 8 September 2023.
