Further to the announcement made on 15 December 2025, the Company confirms that the listing of its ordinary shares on Euronext Growth Dublin was cancelled on Friday 16 January 2026 as scheduled.
The delisting does not affect the Company's listing on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
