Aquila European Renewables plc (AER) announced on March 25, 2026, that the GBP:EUR exchange rate for its Second Return of Capital, previously announced on March 17, 2026, was set at 1.1554. B Shares of one cent each will be issued to shareholders by way of a bonus issue, on the basis of 54 B Shares for every 10 Ordinary Shares held at the Record Date of March 24, 2026 (ex-date March 23, 2026). These B Shares will be issued on March 26, 2026, and immediately redeemed at one cent per B Share.

Aquila European Renewables plc ("AER" or "the Company") announces that the GBP:EUR exchange rate for the Second Return of Capital previously announced on 17 March 2026 has been set at 1.1554.
B Shares of one cent each will be paid up from the Company's special distributable reserve and issued to all Shareholders by way of a bonus issue on the basis of 54 B Shares for every 10 Ordinary Share held at the Record Date of 24 March 2026. The ex-date is 23 March 2026.The B Shares will be issued on 26 March 2026 and immediately redeemed at one cent per B Share.
