NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by Dar Al-Arkan Sukuk Company Ltd. (the "Trustee") that it has received notice from:

·    Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch (the "Principal Paying Agent") and Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A. (the "Registrar and Transfer Agent" and together with the Principal Paying Agent, the "Agents") that the Agents intend to resign from their roles as Principal Paying Agent and Registrar and Transfer Agent, respectively (the "Resignations"); and

·   Deutsche Trustee Company Limited (the "Delegate") that the Delegate intends to retire from its role as Delegate (the "Retirement"),

each under the Programme and the Certificates.

HSBC Bank plc has been appointed as a successor for the Agents and the Delegate (the "Appointments"), with the Resignations, Retirement and Appointments taking effect from 18 July 2024.
