The Company announces that on 17 July 2025, it bought back 400,000 Ordinary shares of 2p each in the capital of the Company (SEDOL: BLH3CY6 / ISIN: GB00BLH3CY60), representing approximately 0.091% of the issued Ordinary share capital, at a price of 248.52 pence per Ordinary share (lowest price per share 248.75 pence, highest price per share 248.50 pence). The Ordinary shares bought back will be cancelled.
