The Company announces that on 21 May 2026 it bought back 100,000 Ordinary shares of 2p each in the capital of the Company (SEDOL: BLH3CY6 / ISIN: GB00BLH3CY60), representing approximately 0.024% of the issued Ordinary share capital, at a price of 260.75 pence per Ordinary share (lowest price per share 260.50 pence, highest price per share 261.00 pence). The Ordinary shares bought back will be cancelled.
