The Company announces that on 31 July 2026 it bought back 350,000 Ordinary shares of 2p each in the capital of the Company (SEDOL: BLH3CY6 / ISIN: GB00BLH3CY60), representing approximately 0.084% of the issued Ordinary share capital, at a price of 253.75 pence per Ordinary share (lowest price per share 253.00 pence, highest price per share 254.50 pence). The Ordinary shares bought back will be cancelled.
