The Company announces that on 25 September 2026 it bought back 500,000 Ordinary shares of 2p each in the capital of the Company (SEDOL: BLH3CY6 / ISIN: GB00BLH3CY60), representing approximately 0.121% of the issued Ordinary share capital, at a price of 260.12 pence per Ordinary share (lowest price per share 259.00 pence, highest price per share 260.50 pence). The Ordinary shares bought back will be cancelled.
Following cancellation the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company will be as follows:
