The Board of the Company announces that, following the acquisition by Sanne Group plc of the PraxisIFM Funds Business, the name of the Company's Administrator and Company Secretary has changed from PraxisIFM Fund Services (UK) Limited to Sanne Fund Services (UK) Limited with immediate effect.

The registered office of the Company has also changed with immediate effect, to 125 London Wall, London, EC2Y 5AS.
