Air China Limited announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 24 June 2025 to consider several resolutions. These include the proposed three-year renewal of the CNACG Framework Agreement, with annual caps for right-of-use assets reaching up to RMB19.5 billion by 2027, and a new framework agreement with Cathay Pacific for payments to Cathay Pacific Group capped at HK$900 million by 2028 and payments received from Cathay Pacific Group capped at HK$1 billion by 2028. Shareholders will also vote on appointing KPMG and KPMG Huazhen LLP as auditors for 2025 for an estimated RMB11.149 million, and proposed amendments to the Articles of Association, including the abolishment of the Supervisory Committee and changing the shareholder proposal threshold from 3% to 1%.
