Buy-back of own securities
The Company announces that, in accordance with the authority granted at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 1 May 2024, today the Company purchased 100,000 Ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company (SEDOL: BD6H5D3 / ISIN: GB00BD6H5D36), representing approximately 0.0729% of the issued Ordinary share capital, at a price of 154.00 pence per Ordinary share. The Ordinary shares bought back will be placed in treasury.
As a result of the above transaction, the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:
