Transaction in own shares / Rule 2.9 Announcement

Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC ("Alfa" or the "Company"), a leading developer of mission-critical software for the asset finance industry, announces that on 20 June 2023 it purchased the following number of ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company pursuant to its share buyback programme.

The purchased ordinary shares will be held in treasury and may be utilised to satisfy employee share-based award obligations.

In accordance with Rule 2.9 of The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, the Company confirms that, including ordinary shares which have been purchased but not yet settled, the Company holds 4,626,312 ordinary shares in treasury and has 295,373,688 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) as at the date and time of this announcement. The International Securities Identification Number for the Company's ordinary shares is GB00BDHXPG30.
