Notice of 2024 AGM and Annual Report and Accounts

Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC ("Alfa" or the "Company"), a leading developer of mission-critical software for the asset finance industry, announces that the following documents have today been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders:

·      Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 ("2023 Annual Report");

·      Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"); and

·      Form of Proxy.

The 2023 Annual Report and Notice of 2024 AGM can also be viewed on the Company's website https://www.alfasystems.com/investors/.  

The AGM will be held on 1 May 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at Moor Place, One Fore Street Avenue, London, EC2Y 9DT.  

Shareholders can submit questions for the Board in advance of the AGM to CoSec@alfasystems.com.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the 2023 Annual Report, Notice of 2024 AGM and Form of Proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be made available for inspection at http://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
