FTSE Russell announced on 23 October 2025 that Alpha Group International will be deleted from the FTSE UK Index Series. This deletion is subject to court sanctioning its cash acquisition by Corpay (USA) and will be effective from the start of trading on 30 October 2025. Affected indices include the FTSE 250, FTSE 350, FTSE All-Share, FTSE All-Share ex Multinationals, and FTSE 350 Lower Yield Indices.
