Chief Financial Officer Board Appointment Date
Further to the announcement of 14 January 2022, the Board of Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc ("Aston Martin", or the "Company") confirms that Doug Lafferty will join Aston Martin as Chief Financial Officer on 1 May 2022 and be appointed to the Board on that date as an Executive Director.
Kenneth Gregor will step down from the Board on 1 May 2022 and will remain with the Company until 30 June 2022, while he will continue to be available to assist with the transition of responsibility to Doug.
