Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc (the "Company") announces in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R that Dr Anne Stevens Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration and Sustainability Committees, has been appointed as a non-executive director of AVEVA Group plc ("AVEVA") with effect from 1 May 2022. Anne will also serve on the Remuneration and Audit Committees of AVEVA and following the conclusion of its 2022 Annual General Meeting, Anne will become the Chair of its Remuneration Committee.
