Renewal of Revolving Credit Facility

Aberdeen New India Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") announces that it has entered into a new three year revolving credit facility (the "Facility") of £30 million with The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited ("RBSI"), which replaces the Company's £30 million loan facility with RBSI, which matures on 5 August 2022.

£30 million of the Facility has been drawn down and used to repay the maturing loan facility.
