On 5 February 2025 abrdn New India Investment Trust plc (the "Company") purchased in the market 15,000 Ordinary 25p shares ("Ordinary share(s)") at a price of 773.3333 pence per Ordinary share. These shares will be held in treasury.
Following the transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:

10,484,802 Ordinary shares held in treasury
59,070,140 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
