Antofagasta PLC announced that Independent Non-Executive Director Eugenia Parot will replace Vivianne Blanlot as Chair of its Sustainability and Stakeholder Management Committee. This change is effective from 1 January 2025, with Ms Blanlot remaining a member of the Committee. Ms Parot has been a member of the Committee since 2021.
