Africa Opportunity Fund Limited (AOF) shareholders approved all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting on 29 June 2023. The resolutions, including receiving the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2021, re-appointing Ernst & Young Mauritius as auditors, and authorizing director remuneration, each received 300,063 votes in favour (100%). The re-election of Mr. Robert Knapp as director received 214,526 votes in favour (100%), and his shareholding was clarified as 1,851,484 shares.
