FTSE Russell announced on 09 May 2025 the constituent deletion of Alliance Pharma (UK) from the FTSE UK Index Series. This deletion is subject to court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement for Aegros Bidco Limited's cash offer for Alliance Pharma (UK). Alliance Pharma will be removed from the FTSE AIM UK 50, FTSE AIM 100, and FTSE AIM All-Share Indexes effective from the start of trading on 14 May 2025.
