Namibia Uranium Projects - Ground and Airborne Geophysical Surveys Complete

Geophysical Surveys for Target Generation on Namibia Uranium Projects Completed - Analysis to Guide Follow-Up Mapping/Sampling

Arkle Resources PLC (LSE:ARK), the energy metals explorer with a key focus on uranium, is pleased to announce it has completed airborne and ground based geophysical surveys at its uranium projects in Namibia.

In January 2026, Arkle completed a transformative acquisition of four uranium exploration licences in Namibia's Erongo Region, covering 540 km². As a result, Arkle now provides investors with unique London Stock Exchange-listed uranium discovery exposure in one of Africa's key uranium belts, proximal to some of the world's largest uranium producers.

Following a successful sampling programme in 2025, which confirmed the presence of surficial uranium on Arkle's licences, the Company has completed the geophysical fieldwork component of its Phase 1 exploration programme.

Completed Geophysical Works

·    Three lines of horizontal loop electromagnetic survey ("HLEM") have been completed, primarily to test the potential paleochannels on EPL 8995 by mapping the basement rock profile of channels allowing geophysicists to determine the potential depth and extent of fill across the paleochannels.

·    This preliminary HLEM survey has confirmed the presence of a well-developed paleochannel in the NE corner of EPL 8995 and has identified a new paleochannel in the centre of EPL 8995.  This new channel is up to 17 meters in depth.

·    Xcalibur Smart Mapping, a leader in the airborne and mapping geophysics industry, completed a substantial magnetic and radiometric airborne survey of 12,376 line-kms at 50m-line-spacing for extensive target generation.

·    These lines were 4x tighter than line spacing from the 1970s government data sets, providing significantly higher resolutions to identify both magnetic and radiometric targets on the ground.

·    Final delivery of the processed data from Xcalibur Smart Mapping is anticipated to be received by 3 April 2026. Following receipt of the data, Arkle intends to contract leading geophysics experts for further interpretation.

·    A survey of historical drilling on the property has located 95 open drill holes.  These holes are suitable for downhole gamma logging.

Next Steps

·    Several leading experts in geophysics have been contacted to review and interpret the airborne radiometric and magnetometer data when available from Xcalibur.

·    Analysis of data from both these surveys will be used to prioritise areas for follow-up mapping and sampling - this will guide the identification of drill targets.

·    Terratec Geophysical Services Namibia, based in Klein Windhoek, Namibia, has been contracted to complete downhole gamma ray logging of the 95 historical drill holes.

·    The next phase of exploration work will focus on targets developed from Phase 1 and will include detailed mapping (with potential for further geophysical surveys) and sampling to develop targets for up to 4,000 metres of RC drilling in H2 this year.

Rory Harding, Interim Chief Executive Officer, commented:

"We're delighted with the rapid progress of the geophysical surveys and initial findings of the HLEM work. The identification of a deep new paleochannel has positive implications for the target geology. We now look forward to analysing the Xcalibur data ahead of the mapping programme in the coming months. The next phase of geophysical interpretation, mapping and sampling will guide the development of the drill targets."

Background on Arkle's Namibia Uranium Project

The four EPLs cover prime acreage in one of Africa's key uranium belts. This standout uranium region contains ~1.2 Blb U₃O₈ in Measured and Indicated Resources and ~235 Mlb U₃O₈ in Inferred Resources. The region has produced > 350 Mlb of U₃O₈ in the last 45 years.

Arkle's EPLs 8995 and 8290 are contiguous to the Trekkopje deposit, one of the most significant calcrete-hosted uranium deposits globally, currently under assessment by Orano for start-up.

EPL 8298 is contiguous to the Marenica deposit which recently reported a doubling of resource grade.

EPL 7986 is contiguous to the Rössing uranium mine, one of the world's largest alaskite-hosted uranium deposits, which has been mined since 1976 and is still producing over 6 Mlb per annum U₃O₈.

Previous Work on Arkle's EPLs

Multiple geochemical and radiometric (at 200m-line-spacing dataset) anomalies were identified on the EPLs, with 2025 grab samples assaying up to 3,855 ppm U₃O₈. Additional potential for alaskite-hosted deposits has been identified on the EPLs.

A sampling programme was carried out in 2025 comprising 178 samples taken from small pits dug to depths of 0.35 to 0.5m. Highlights from the programme included:

EPL 8995 and 8290

·    Uranium in calcrete values up to 2,782 ppm U₃O₈ - surficial uranium confirmed in all areas surveyed

·    Uranium in alaskite values up to 3,855 ppm U₃O₈ - strong indications of the presence of basement highs and the identification of alaskite mineralisation surrounding Trekkopje's large paleochannel systems, which may extend into Arkle's tenements

EPL 7986

·    Uranium in alaskite values up to 2,923 ppm U₃O₈ - adjacent to Rössing and located on margins of the same domal structure and mineralisation

About Arkle Resources

Arkle Resources PLC (LSE:ARK) is a multi-commodity exploration company focused on metals which are essential for the generation and storage of clean energy - uranium, lithium and zinc. Its projects are in premier mining jurisdictions in Namibia, Botswana and Ireland, adjacent to world-class deposits.

Founded in 2004 by John Teeling and Jim Finn, the Company co-discovered the Stonepark zinc deposit in County Limerick - now Ireland's second largest undeveloped resource - in joint venture with Teck Ireland. Teck's interest was acquired by Group Eleven Resources (TSX-V: ZNG), who continue to advance the project alongside Arkle.

In January 2026, the Company announced a transformative deal to acquire Namibia Uranium, which has introduced four highly prospective uranium licences contiguous to major producing and development assets in what is a world-class uranium jurisdiction.

This acquisition, alongside the Company's existing licence portfolio and the introduction of new management, repositions Arkle to become a leading explorer in energy metals.
