Allianz Technology Trust PLC announces that it today purchased, to be held in treasury, 700,000 ordinary shares at 332.40p per ordinary share.
Following the transaction:
· The Company's issued ordinary share capital is 428,756,680.
· 52,966,548 ordinary shares are held in Treasury, which attract no voting rights.
· The total number of voting rights in the Company is now 375,790,132
The above total voting rights figure (375,790,132) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
