Director Declaration

Aviva plc announces that Charlotte Jones, Group Chief Financial Officer and Director of Aviva plc, will be appointed as Director of Direct Line Insurance Group plc ('Direct Line'), subject to, and with effect from, the scheme of arrangement to implement Aviva's acquisition of Direct Line becoming effective (expected to be on 1 July 2025).

Aviva plc further announces that Ian Clark, Independent Non-Executive Director of Aviva plc, will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Board of Directors of Direct Line , subject to, and with effect from, the scheme of arrangement to implement Aviva's acquisition of Direct Line becoming effective (expected to  be on 1 July 2025).

This announcement is made pursuant to UK Listing Rule 6.4.9(2).
