TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
BAE Systems plc (the "Company") announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share repurchase programme announced on 28 July 2022 (the "Buyback Programme") and following the announcement on 17 November 2022 in relation to the initiation of the second tranche of the Buyback Programme (the "Second Tranche"), the Company purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 2.5p each from Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by BAE Systems plc on 17 November 2022.
