BAE Systems plc announced share transactions for nine Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs), including Simon Barnes, Julian Cracknell, and Charles Woodburn. On March 28 and 31, 2025, these PDMRs exercised a total of 1,081,635 performance shares and share options under the BAE Systems Long Term Incentive Plan. Concurrently, they sold 1,005,951 shares and retained 43,178 shares to cover exercise costs, with sales occurring at prices between £15.53 and £15.646 per share, and additionally, all nine PDMRs each received an award of 39 Free Shares at £0 under the BAE Systems Share Incentive Plan on March 31, 2025.
