Transaction in own shares

BAE Systems plc (the ''Company'') announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share repurchase programme announced on 2 August 2023 (the ''Buyback Programme'') and following the announcement on 22 June 2026 in relation to the initiation of the third tranche (the ''Third Tranche'') of the Buyback Programme, it has purchased for cancellation the following number of its ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each on the London Stock Exchange from J.P. Morgan Securities plc (''JPMS plc''):

The Company intends to cancel all of the purchased ordinary shares.

In relation to the Third Tranche, the Company has purchased 4,792,016 ordinary shares in aggregate at a volume weighted average price of 2,000.96p per ordinary share.
