FTSE Russell announced on 08 November 2024 that Balanced Commercial Property Trust (UK) will be deleted from the FTSE 250, FTSE 350, FTSE All-Share, FTSE All-Share ex Multinationals, and FTSE 350 Higher Yield Indexes. This deletion is effective from the start of trading on 15 November 2024, subject to court sanction of a cash acquisition of Balanced Commercial Property Trust (UK) by Starlight Bidco.
