Barratt Developments PLC announced its total voting rights and capital in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rules DTR 5.6.1 on 1 February 2022. As at 31 January 2022, the Company's issued share capital comprised 1,022,551,691 ordinary shares of 10p each. An equal number of voting rights are attached to these shares, none of which are held in Treasury, resulting in a total of 1,022,551,691 voting rights.

The Company's issued share capital was 1,022,551,691 ordinary shares of 10p each, to which an equal number of voting rights are attached. None of these ordinary shares are held in Treasury.
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights to be considered when calculating whether a notification in relation to the Company's shares is required pursuant to the Disclosure and Transparency Rules is 1,022,551,691.
