PUBLICATION OF FINAL TERMS

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 3 November 2023 (the "Final Terms") for Coventry Building Society for the £400,000,000 7.000 per cent. Senior Non-Preferred Fixed Rate Reset Notes due 2027 (ISIN: XS2704925846) (the "Notes") issued under the £5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Coventry Building Society (the "Programme").

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the prospectus dated 4 August 2023 relating to the Programme (the "Prospectus"), which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of domestic law in the UK by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
