NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 12 January 2024the Issuer redeemed in full the Series 8 Covered Bonds issued pursuant to the Coventry Building Society €7billion Global Covered Bond Programme.

Following the full and final redemption of the Series 8 Covered Bonds the Issuer intends to cancel the listing of the Series 8 Covered Bonds on the Official List maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Issuer's admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc of the Series 8 Covered Bonds with effect on 13 February 2024 (being more than 20 business days after today's date).

This Notice is given on 12 January 2024.
