The following Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

Supplementary Prospectus dated 19 January 2024 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") in respect of the £5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Coventry Building Society.

The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the Base Prospectus dated 4 August 2023 relating to the above programme (the "Prospectus").
