Director Resignation

Coventry Building Society (the "Society") announces that Vanessa Murden, Non-Executive Director, has informed the Board of her intention to step down as Non-Executive Director of the Society with immediate effect. Vanessa has taken the decision to return to a full time Executive role within Financial Services.

Commenting on today's announcement, David Thorburn, Chair, said,

"On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Vanessa for the significant contribution she has made to the Society during her time on the Board and wish her the best for this next stage in her career."

The selection process for a new Non-Executive Director is underway.
