Coventry Building Society (the "Company")

The following final terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 8 March 2024 (the "Final Terms") for the £500,000,000 5.875 per cent. Senior Non-Preferred Fixed Rate Reset Notes due 2030 (ISIN: XS2777468674) (the "Notes") issued by the Company under its £5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the base prospectus dated 4 August 2023, as supplemented by the supplementary prospectuses dated 19 January 2024 and 4 March 2024 relating to the Programme (together, the "Prospectus"), which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of domestic law in the UK by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended.
