Non-Executive Director Appointment

Coventry Building Society announces that Ewa Kerin will join its Board as a Non-Executive Director on 1 July 2024. Ewa currently serves as a member on the board of Daiwa Capital Markets where she is Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. Ewa is a qualified accountant and brings a breadth of experience from her 30 year Executive career spent in the Financial Services industry. Her previous roles include Global Chief Operating Officer at Credit Suisse, and CFO of the International business at Willis Towers Watson before her last role at HSBC where she was the Global Head of Financial Planning and Analysis.
