NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the holders of the Perpetual Capital Securities, in accordance with Condition 4.2 of the Conditions of Issue of the Perpetual Capital Securities (the "Conditions"), that a Ranking Event occurred on 18 September 2024. Accordingly, with effect on and from such date, the Perpetual Capital Securities rank junior to the £40,000,000 12¹/₈ per cent. Permanent Interest Bearing Shares (ISIN: GB0002290764) of the Society.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this notice shall have the meaning given in the Conditions.
