PUBLICATION OF FINAL TERMS

Coventry Building Society (the "Company")

The following final terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 25 October 2024 (the "Final Terms") for the €500,000,000 3.125 per cent. Senior Preferred Notes due 2029 (ISIN: XS2925933413) (the "Notes") issued by the Company under its £5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the base prospectus dated 18 October 2024 relating to the Programme (the "Prospectus"), which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of domestic law in the UK by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended.
