NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 15 January 2025 the Issuer redeemed in full the Series 11 Covered Bonds issued pursuant to the Coventry Building Society €7billion Global Covered Bond Programme.

Following the full and final redemption of the Series 11 Covered Bonds the Issuer intends to cancel the listing of the Series 11 Covered Bonds on the Official List maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Issuer's admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc of the Series 11 Covered Bonds with effect on 12 February 2025 (being more than 20 business days after today's date).
