£500,000,000 Series 7 Floating Rate Covered Bonds due December 2025

(ISIN: XS2498153225; Common Code: 249815322)

(the "Series 7 Covered Bonds")

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 1 December 2025 the Issuer redeemed in full each of the Series 6 Covered Bonds and the Series 7 Covered Bonds issued pursuant to the Coventry Building Society €10 billion Global Covered Bond Programme.

Following the full and final redemption of each of the Series 6 Covered Bonds and the Series 7 Covered Bonds the Issuer intends to cancel the listing of the Series 6 Covered Bonds and the Series 7 Covered Bonds on the Official List maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Issuer's admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc of each of the Series 6 Covered Bonds and the Series 7 Covered Bonds with effect on 2 January 2026 (being more than 20 business days after today's date).
