Non-Executive Director Appointment

Coventry Building Society today announces that Jen Tippin will join the board on 1 September 2026 as a non-executive director.

Jen brings over 30 years' experience leading large‑scale transformation, operational excellence and cultural change across complex, highly regulated organisations. She has held senior executive roles at NatWest Group and Lloyds Banking Group and has extensive board experience across public and private sectors. Jen's insight, leadership and banking expertise will be a real asset to the board, and we're looking forward to working with her as we continue to build a strong, purposeful organisation, delivering for our members, customers and communities.
