NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 22 June 2026 the Issuer redeemed in full the Series 10 Covered Bonds issued pursuant to the Coventry Building Society €11 billion Global Covered Bond Programme.

Following the full and final redemption of the Series 10 Covered Bonds the Issuer intends to cancel the listing of the Series 10 Covered Bonds on the Official List maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Issuer's admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc of the Series 10 Covered Bonds with effect on 20 July 2026 (being more than 20 business days after today's date).
